Yes! We offer delivery islandwide with additional charges according to location. The price is quoted by our very own courier who is trained to deliver flowers in glass vases. Otherwise, self-collection is available. Contact us for more details.
You may choose your preferred delivery time.
However, do note that a grace period of 3 hours is required to ensure safe and prompt delivery in the event of bad traffic, etc.

Of course! Here at TFG, we believe every individual is unique and special, so should their bouquet be too! No bouquet done by TFG is the same.

We offer a wide range of bouquet styles and options for you to choose!
Customize it with your favourite colour by leaving a note in the "Bouquet Colour Theme/Customization Remarks (optional)" section.
Remember to indicate the date you require the bouquet when you check out.
Fully Customized Orders
If you've seen through all the options and find none to your liking, we also accept custom orders. In fact, as we work mostly on customisation, we always get so excited on working with a different styling or arrangement!

Flowers are bloomed in a natural environment, and it comes in different shapes and sizes. No two flower is the same! This is due to different exposures, insects, sunlight, and water.
Thus to recreate exactly the same is quite difficult, almost impossible.
However, feel free to share pictures that you've taken from the web and we will try to create something similar to your preferred bouquets.
Do take note that some flowers are seasonal as well, and it may not be available during your event period. If it is unavailable, we will replace it with alternative flowers.
If you have placed an order via our website and have made payment via PayPal, you will soon receive a confirmation email or a WhatsApp message up to 5 working days. Otherwise, you will receive an email along with the payment details. Do note that we would require proof of payment.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in our responses, we are constantly trying our best to serve our clients better.

If reasonable, you can expect either

No worries dear! Relax, we will contact you on the week of your wedding. Due to high volume of orders each week, as humans, reaching out to you months in advance will cause us to forget some important details.

When you check out, there is a note section. Do indicate the date you require the bouquet in that section.
Unfortunately, we only accept orders placed 2 days in advance. Walk-ins are therefore, unavailable. Make sure to hit us up at 8815 7749 before your big day to ensure your bouquet can be done up in time!

BIRTHDAY GIFTS
If you wish to give a message card along with the bouquet, you may do so by either:
1) Indicate in the checkout page if no field is available to write your message
2) Send us an email indicating you wish to attach a message to your bouquet.
By default, we will fully customize your card. Let us know if you wish to see an example.
