I have placed an order via the website. How do I know my order has been confirmed?


If you have placed an order via our website and have made payment via PayPal, you will soon receive a confirmation email or a WhatsApp message up to 5 working days. Otherwise, you will receive an email along with the payment details. Do note that we would require proof of payment. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our responses, we are constantly trying our best to serve our clients better.




I am not satisfied with my order.


We are truly sorry to hear that our bouquet did not meet your expectations. Do send us an image of the bouquet via WhatsApp and let us know. If reasonable, you can expect either 1) A brand new bouquet from us 2) A full refund Our clients' satisfaction and happiness is of utmost important to us and we want to make your experience with us a memorable one.




TFG has confirmed my order, but my wedding is nearing and she still hasn't reached out to me yet!


No worries dear! Relax, we will contact you on the week of your wedding. Due to high volume of orders each week, as humans, reaching out to you months in advance will cause us to forget some important details. If you still haven't heard from us in the week of your wedding, then please reach out to us at 91462443!

If you wish to give a message card along with the bouquet, you may do so by either: 1) Indicate in the checkout page if no field is available to write your message 2) Send us an email indicating you wish to attach a message to your bouquet. By default, we will fully customize your card. Let us know if you wish to see an example.
